History

[20060608] Today I compiled Ja6 for FreeBSD 6.1. Flawlessly! It is still the old 20030309 version.

[20030309] For this version, 150 new Kanjis have been added. And some minor changes have been made.

[20030220] This latest release of Ja6 offers some inner debugging and source polishing. It also has shrinked in size, although it still offers all it used to. I am confectionnating some additional Kanjis and hope to grab some more of them from official dictionaries.

[2002] Ja6 is a Japanese Symbols Trainer that includes Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji symbols. It has been conceived for terminal and console use, displaying symbols as normal C ASCII text output.
